There is no gore and the violence is all implied, so I see no problems whatsoever, regardless of where you choose to have it set up.

I don't see anything inappropriate about it at all. Most young kids , really young ones won't even be able to read the sign and won't even understand other than is a bunch of monsters standing around and the people able to read the sign I don't think will give it a second thought ( as far as it being inappropriate)
I just agree with pumpkinhead , your props may suffer a fate of gone missin'

Thx for help

Thanks for opinions...I decided since I was having second thoughts to replace it (before hubby complained about my evil ways) and wasted my afternoon. The display is inside a locked fence and (surprise!) I have the hot tape on the inside of the fence if they climb over. The monsters r old so if they get damaged I will not cry. Vandals burnt a witch/caldron years ago and it upset me (althou the "burning" of a witch was a bit funny). New display (ghosts in trailer):
