Question about lighting

Where can I find individual lights, to use for his eyes and also one for the lantern?

I do not want to use battery operated.

Radio shack sells individual LEDs, with a resister and a wall wart you can easily make your eyes. I would assume you could add the lantern light to the same setup, depends on the light.
