I have an idea for next year and was wondering if anyone has done anything like this who could help? I was thinking of doing a haunted carnival/park kind of set up and wanted to build a small Ferris wheel and a merry go round. has anyone attempted something like this before?

As a prop or as something people would actually ride?

Hopefully as just a prop. The safety regulations you'd be getting into with rides would be waaaaay more than what you'd want for a home haunt (most likely).

Yes just a prop not for the kiddies. probably for some skellies and zombie babies or similar. looking for 8-10 ft tall maybe for the ferris wheel and 8' round for the merry go...

Someone here has built one, a merry-go-round, I've seen photos of it. If I recall, it was astounding.
