Prices Paid for Spirit Halloween's Store Props - Trees

Hello all,

I wanted to start this thread to see what prices people are paying for Spirit Halloween store props, that way others know what to negotiate with local owners. Specifically this year, I am curious about the big black trees in the stores. Does anyone have prices paid? You can also list other prices paid here for store prop items such as the cardboard setups.
