Hey everyone I need help on a power supply. I found the stone below at a thrift store but without a complete power supply, It has fiber optics built into it but the light/motor is not working. It has the two prong plug pictured and the motor says 12V AC 50/60 HZ and the light says 10W 12V. My question is do I need to find a power source for it to plug into or can I build a cord for it to work off of? Below is pictures of the stone with a flash light stuck into the hole for the light and the motor/light. I would really like to get this one working, I've never seen one quite like it. Thanks for any help

That plug looks a lot like the type you have on christmas inflatables. Maybe a scavenged power supply from an inflatable, as long as the voltage is correct, will do the job.

Do you want it to run continuously? Does the motor need to be rotating in a specfic direction? I would remove the plug and splice a 12 volt 1amp wall wart to it.

Keep in mind: this thing needs 12v Alternating Current.
Most wall warts rectify the input voltage and output 12v Direct Current.

My mistake , I read it as DC .
