Here is my first prop build of the season. Not complex, but it should look pretty cool in the haunt!

Very neat. Having not delved into the pneumatic arena yet I've used a servo to rotate the latch (remove round knob and attch servo to latch) then a rope and pulley to swing the door open. Never did get the hinges to squeak enough, though :cool:

Thanks 65ragtop. Pneumatics are not as difficult as they seem. Last year was my first year trying it and I was hooked!

For squeaky hinges, try sprinkling sawdust or metal shavings over the hinge.

I used a door lock actuator from a car to move my handle on one of my props so no pneumatics required plus it is what I had laying around at the time.
