PLEASE HELP!!!! "Twins from The Shining" hologram.

I would like to do "Twins from The Shining" hologram as demonstrated in this video.


I've tried leaving a message on the authors page but I cannot PM and it appears that the video was made 6 years ago, so I presume he may not be active on Youtube now. Does anyone know where I can find the actual video or have a similar video.
