We closed the street this year for the first time and it was a huge success. We had over 250 TOTs make it to the door, and likely over 1000 visitors. Our two new animated props (a pneumatic skeleton popup, and a 3-axis skull) were a big hit. I looped my VSA routine with a .bat file since I didn't get the patch in time, and it worked great all night long.

Most excellent. The details on your cast members is great.

It is great when you get repeat TOTs.
It is AWESOME when your repeat TOTs remark "oh I didn't see that last time".

It is the detail and lighting that can really make folks suspend believe and put themselves among the pirates. And great photography too.

Are you still around? I just saw your video on youtube. I love, love, LOVE the singing and swaying pirates!!! They are the best!!! Can I ask what motor/mechanism do you use to make them dance?
