I've had some success coating expanding foam with just outdoor house paint. We made tenticles one year, 7' long, 8"thick of expanding foam. Put paint and water mixture in a spray bottle and just sprayed and wiped on.
Not sure it's what you're looking for, but it's the only outdoor foam experience I have, minus tombstones of course.

I have a decent sized platoon of skeletons. Some are several years old which means there are cracks and breaks in the plastic. What is the best way to fix these guys?

Been trying to figure out a relatively inexpensive and easy way to make molds for about 2 years now....Every time I'd look into it, the whole multiple layer then make a mother mold technique looked time consuming (and space consuming)...Not to mention the crazy expense ie: Smooth On...etc....I...
I made this prop about 10 years ago and I no longer have use for it. It needs a little TLC, some new paint and some labels I had printed have fallen off. It has lights underneath the foam that still work.
I figured I'd take a shot to see if anyone on here wants it and lives close enough to come...
