Nosefuratyou: The mermaid is carved foam. A mannequin would have been much easier. I had no idea how hard it would be to sculpt a bare chest that was realistic without being too detailed. ;-)

All of it looks amazing, but that sign is an incredibly cool design...it really looks like something out of a top-tier them park!

It is spectacular. Every piece is perfect. I love your door surround, very original. I can't imagine the time to carve the mermaid, the hair itself would be daunting to do.
