Ok so I have a couple props that I am needing some suggestions on. I built the rake a couple years ago using spray foam, paper towels, and white monster mud. Well last year he started peeling really bad. Need some suggestions on what to paint his with to help him stay together. Also his hands fell and broke. What do you suggest building his hands out of to make them super sturdy and able to attach and stay on his body. Sculpture Leg Furniture Chair Art

I also have a large grave walker that I built that is leaning super bad - any suggestions on how to get him to stay up more. He is super heavy because of the cloaked monster mud.

If that's covered in monster mud, I can imagine how heavy it must be. From what I've seen, the monster mud creations work best when there's a heavy internal support. I like how you have a tail on it, which is the 3rd support. I probably should have done something like that for my outdoor pumpkin sentinels. The heavy paper mâché heads are too heavy to support on their own.

However, how we did the hands might be an option for you. We used coax cable and tape to make them and they have a very similar shape to the hands pictured above. I don't know how they attach to the arms, but the cable is easy to work with.
