I'm looking to make my own crows/ravens and bats. I haven't been able to find a nice how-to anywhere. Help?

bumping this up, the price of the crows in the stores is just ridiculous unless you are lucky enough to have a dollar store nearby..maybe I will play around with ideas for next year
