[Grim Glowing Ghost]

Someone please help me! I have set a profile picture in my settings on my profile, but when I post comments in the forum the picture is not displayed next to my name. Am I doing something wrong? I even shrunk down the size of the picture so that it would be less than the maximum allowed size, but it still does not show. The only place that I can see my profile picture is if I go to my profile page. Someone with patience, please provide me with some assistance! Sorry if I wasn't supposed to post this here, but I've looked high and low through the forum for an answer without success.
