Need help in Central Valley, CA

Don't know if this is the right place to put this but I need help in the central valley in CA. I'm located in Patterson, close to Modesto/Turlock, and ran a school haunted house last year. We are doing it again this year and I need some help doing some pnuematic props. We had a blast last year but this year we need more of a scare element to it.
