Very inconspicuous...I usually tend to think the big pics on the wall are the drop panels. No one will suspect a thing..(evil laugh here)....

LOL. Good job with the "similar videos" algorithm! By simply adding "book case" to "panel drop", it gets completely confused and instead of getting links to more halloween vids, all I got was links to news stories and book reviews.

You could always paint some book spines, vases or candelabra on the drop panel. They would probably blend in enough to look like props for the few moments that they approach bookcase.

Looks fabulous just the way it is though.
