Can someone help me determine if this is a good motor for a fcg and a kicking leg prop? Price seems to be great

That's a motor with a worm gear rotating a shaft (RPM not stated). NOT really good for moving things such as you mentioned. RPMs is very important too. It can't be very high for mechanical props, generally.

It does state the RPM at the bottom. If you want your legs kicking 550 times a minute, maybe, but that's a little too fast for me.

I believe that's the RPM of the motor, not the output shaft which is worm drive. If this is a power seat motor, I would suspect the output shaft speed to be fairly slow. The speed could be further slowed with lower voltage or a PWM control, just like a wiper motor. For $10 it's worth a shot. 🎃
