I am getting ready to spend the weekend tackling my Dr. Who weeping angel to add to my cemetery and everything (tutorial wise) I found has weird faces (t least to me). So I was wondering if I could purchase a normal Halloween mask (thinking vampire-like), put it on the foam head I have and then coat with monster mud. Would this work? Would it matter what type of mask material? I've found some that are plastic, some latex and some rubber. Any and all advice is welcome. Also if any of you have made one of these or has a good tutorial then I'm all ears.

I think you will have cracking problems with any kind of vinyl/latex/rubber masks because of the flexing underneath the MM. Hopefully someone who has modified their masks will chime in with something better to use.
