Thanks for all the help and tips. I made my mini monster laser vortex. Instead of the 35 foot tall one in New Jersey, mine is 36"x40" and 5' long.

I built a PVC frame which I attached a piece of cardboard to the front. From there I carved out a simple monster face. The whole frame was draped in black vinyl table cloth.

The guys consist of a laser vortex, fog machine and fan to push out the buildup of fog.
