Hi everyone,

this year shouldn't be my year for Halloween, it should be my best friends, but as her landlord has so nicely decided to sell the house she lives in sh has no idea where she will be living coming oct so has asked me to do it again this year.

I've been speaking to the hubby and kids about what theme to do and the kids think monsters and aliens would be really good. Has anyone done this type of theme before? please can you share ideas etc. I have a lounge and dining room of decent size, happy to decorate up the stairs etc and a fairly big garden.
There is usually a mix of adults and children, varying from age 5-15years and in total there is usually about 20-25people.

googly eyes and craft pipe cleaners I can easily come by and the same for cardboard and most craft supplies.

It is pretty easy to make an alien autopsey chip and dip set. I made mine out of extruded polystyrene insulation that I laminated, carved and painted. I sized the body cavity opening to fit two plastic containers used for salsa, dip and/or guacamole. This kept it cool and hygenic.

I last set it up as an interrupted alien autopsey. The two aliens are simply cheap tyvek jumpsuits, alien masks and gloves and a pvc pipe frame to make them stand up.

I also used it in a mad scientist scene once.

Just some ideas there for you.
