[Mason o' Lantern]

I am am not too thrilled about the idea, but I have been over ruled and the Halloween theme in our department this year is "Minions".

I love the Despicable Me movies, but a Minions Halloween theme?

Does anyone have any ideas that would go along with the Minions theme that would be more true to the Halloween aesthetic? Has anyone created an iron maiden prop like Gru's? Or the dog, gator couch, or medieval decorations/props?

I agree with you. Minions do not make me think Halloween. But if you have to use them - I would use the crazy, purple minions. I think purple is more Halloween than yellow. And they have wild looking hair. At least they're a little scarier. Kinda.
