Take a look at the 2007 stuff from my website for my witch build. I used a deer motor with a small crank armature. There's a video on there showing the mechanics.
Oscillating fans work, just need some cool air or they burn out. Some wiper motors go side to side,I used one on my grave digger last year.

It's pretty easy to do. I can take a picture of my Reaper's mechanics too if you'd like. :)
Exactly what I wanted thanks guys!Dave the dead what type of motor is that?

It looks like a temperature blend door motor.
Hi, Halloween71, I made a how-to for my graveyard caretaker headturn, it's a servo recorder, and a servo turntable with a pvc pipe attached...you can see it here:

Here's how I made mine:
(Us "Daves" like to stick together and use the same motor!) :)

Wow, Dave nice job...you saved hundreds (I'm sure) making this yourself, and it looks really good!
Dave in the Grave. is that a '70 Mustang in the garage?

I'm not sure if you're talking to me or the other "Dave". :) Dave's not here, man............
If it's me--thanks for the compliment!

This prop is really easy to make. All you need is a Blucky, some wood, wooden dowel rod, and a motor. This is one of my oldies.

Mahone68---Yes. It's a '70 Mach 1 w/ 351-C engine.
