At Lowe's home improvement store today and bought these. Ive been thinking about making my own but figured I'd buy these instead. They look a lot better in person than they do while taking a picture at night. I just thought id post in case anyone else was looking for lower cost spotlights. Green Lighting Night

I saw those recently and wondered if they would look good or not... and from your pics they do look really good!
Thanks Frankie's girl. I bought 3 of them and am not sure if im gonna use the third one or not, i dont want too much light in front of my house. I might end up taking one back and buying something else for my haunted garage setup.
I think I have three of those spotlights from Lowe's. I bought mine at Christmastime and they come with interchangeable red and green lenses. I used a blue gel sheet over one to make blue light also.

I love 'em !
That looks great! Do you have a part number or a pic of the actual fixture?
Yes they do have orange spotlights TheHalloweenGuru. I do have the other unopened spotlight at home that i can take a picture of when i get off of work this evening, NOLAGT.
Good price. HD's are listed for 14.98 right now. Both are manufactured by Gemmy although HD's are branded for them under their own labeling. HD will carry them in their Xmas area. Assume Lowes does too?

I bought the red, green and blue from HD last year and the color is very vivid. Nice lights and rated for the outdoors.
Ugh! Doesn't look like they're available in Canada - looks like a sweet buy though.

Here BTW for color comparison are the HD spots (Gemmy mfgrd for HD) in red and blue.

The blue looks a bit more purple on my screen but it's blue.

My local BigLots has LED spotlights that seem identical to these, for $12.
I've purchased a couple of red ones, but haven't had a chance to check them for illumination yet.
I have a couple of the Gemmy LED spots (purchased last year), so I will have something to compare them to.
I doubt there's a chart for these anywhere. In my red and blue example I had the spotlight maybe a foot or two away from the wall/fence. It looks like the green example is set further away from the wall. They are spots so will have a narrower beam than a flood would but the area illuminated will be larger and fainter the further back you pull the light source.
The box says the spotlight projects up to 15 feet. Im not sure how bright or wide they would look that far back. We use them pretty close to our house in the 'deflowered' flower bed so that the TOTS can use the sidewalk right in front of the cemetery when they walk from our neighbors house. You could use the first pics i posted as a reference. I have them set back away from my stone about 3 to 4 feet. Pics look a little washed out in the pics but light the stones up really well and show the detail of the stones awesomely.
Looks like the same ones spiret is selling for 30$ in my area...not sure if they are the same tho. I'll have to check them out thanks OP!

Open the box and look at the Big Lots spotlights. Looks like those have one led with a domed lens on it. Not very bright. The ones at Lowes have 3 bright LEDs with a reflector type lens, a better, brighter light in my opinion.

Some of the differences in spotlights between retailers

The $30 priced ones at SH are the "Fire and Ice" version (have smaller faceted domed covers and use 2 different colored LEDs in it), so different than a spot light (which has a FLAT lens covering the 3 LEDs). Not to add to the confusion but the F&I are also different than the Gemmy Lightshow "Kaleidoscope" version lights with the larger faceted domed lights that have a different pattern of movement from the Fire and Ice.

The $25 spotlights that SH carry have a metal body and are a solid spot, or optionally, can be used as a colored strobe. That's a new feature option with these colored lights. With your 20% off discount coupon, the $25 price would be $20 for the spot/strobe.

The HD colored LED spots (under "Home Accents Holiday" name) are 14.98 and non-strobing, just solid light color. The ones I bought last year from HD under their Home Accents Holiday brand name have a black plastic body, not metal. So additional point of difference.

I see that HD is carrying a "white" strobe spot from Gemmy that is priced at 19.98. So similarly priced to SH's white spot/strobe with a coupon; however, I'm not seeing HD listing any other colors online at the moment, just the white, unlike SH which has an array of colors.
