Ok, maybe we can ditch buying it, this rig isn't soooo bad, lol. So if you have last years inflatable you could get this inflatable sofa to put in front- in front of inflatable and a kids bed canopy hang above and will be behind and around inflatable- both total around 60, which is half the price of the inflatable and it looks pretty good, lol. I tried keeping it below budget and make it look similar, what do you think?? This way you have 2 inflatables in 1, sometimes in a Doom Buggy and sometimes hitchhikin'.

I was able to purchase one of these from Lowes....but it wasn't without praying and lots of driving! When I first heard about the Doom Buggy inflatable visions of Disney re-sellers selling them on eBay for triple the price haunted me. Also, I live in So. CA and am a Disneyland passholder so I know this is going to sell out quick! I went to Lowes #1 by my house and had the item # from the box from the videos posted on social media. I came into the store and a nice young man got on a step ladder, opened the box, and gave it to me. I was soooo happy....BUT then another employee came along and said they were not allowed to sell them until they display Halloween. I then spoke to the store manager and he said that this was the "district" policy and I had to wait until August and keep checking back. Imagine having the inflatable in your hands and then not being able to buy it 😭😭😭 After sharing my story with family and friends, they encouraged me to go to another Lowes and get a second opinion on policy. I went to Lowes #2 and they were appalled at behavior of Lowes #1 not letting me buy it and that it is not a "district" policy. This store manager would of let me buy it at their location, but their Halloween merchandise is wrapped up on pallets and crated up on the shelf that they would have to get the forklift to bring it down and then re-crate it. He said my best bet is to buy it online or check back at the store on August 15th when they un-crate it and start assembling the display. He also looked on his hand held computer and told me that pretty much every Lowes is getting 12 of the Doom Buggys and that this is a seasonal item, so there might not be anymore shipments 😱 Now my search became a quest: #1 Find a Lowes that did not have everything crated and wrapped up on a shelf . #2 Find a nice manager who cares about customer service. I went to three more Lowes and when I saw they were crated up on a high shelf, I didn't bother asking and went to next Lowes. At Lowes #5 the items were not crated, but could not find the item number as I scanned the carboard boxes on the shelf. I found a nice manager and told him about my quest, about how #Lowes #1 would not sell it to me, how Lowes #2 would have sold it to me if it wasn't crated. He checked the item number and said it was in the back of the store with more Halloween stock they just got in. He came back and opened the box and handed me one. I gave him a hug and almost burst into tears. Quest was successful, so all of you on this post, don't give up and give that nice Lowe's manager a shoutout by filling out the survey on the receipt.
