I am a noob as of today! Before I make a request, I first want to thank everyone on this site for all their information and resources they have provided. I have been able to to really flesh out my "Halloween" music library with bands and musicians I would have never thought to listen to. I wish I would have discovered some of the Halloween sites that do not exist anymore since it sounds like they had lots of useful information. Now, on to my request.
Growing up in the 80's, every Halloween my mom would put on "Halloween At Home". This record was awesome because it had ghost stories about "The Tell-Tale Heart", "Headless Horseman", a story about a ghostly woman hitchhiker, and a phantom railroad signal man. I have been searching the net and torrents for an mp3 copy to add to my collection; I was lucky enough to score the copy of "Sounds To Make You Shiver" last year from Scar Stuff' (another record I listened to ever year growing up) before some of the links on that site became broken; it's actually Scar Stuff's fault that I have amassed a huge collection of OOP Halloween music and sound effects. Any help on this, aside from buying an LP copy from eBay and trying to find someone to rip it to mp3 would be EXTREMELY helpful, especially if a copy on CD exists that I could purchase.
Thank you in advance for you r help!
