Tvoop (tee-voop) will be live streaming the Halloween Carnival at West Hollywood Los Angeles at the night of the Halloween on October 31st. The show will approxiamately start around 6:30PM. They will have portable units to interview all of those creative folks with their creative costumes. It will be a night of party and fun. Yu will definately see the most unique costumes out there.
