Don't see any pic, but converting battery to plug: first you'd need to figure out what the power requirements are: 1 AA = 1.5V, 3 AA = 4.5V etc. Then you'd need to find an AC/DC adaptor that matches that with a (probably) lower current, and hack the prop to accept the properly sized barrel connector coming from the adaptor.
Now the usual warning about dealing with electricity: batteries are generally much safer than dealing with AC (plug) power. If you're new to it, it would be better to work with someone experienced who can show you what to do, and help with soldering.
