I bought a bunch of red and blue LED bulbs from this eBay seller last year and I've been very pleased.

The price was right and the bulbs worked excellent with good illumination and very pure color. Power consumption was something like one watt per bulb!

I'm not sure what else you're looking for. Corey at Minions Web has lots of LED bulbs but they're not cheap. The eBay seller I posted about has white, red and blue bulbs for a pretty good price. I haven't come across any other viable options.
