Hi all!

Has anyone come across large, round foam pumpkins this year? I need one that is at least 12" round and tall or possibly a little bigger. Seems like all the ones I've seen so far are oval or small round ones, usually only about 8" or so.

The one I currently have is 10 years old and falling apart. I need a new one for my Sleepy Hollow prop.

Thanks! :)

Thanks! I'll take a look there again. They seemed pretty small, but I'll double check!

At Home used to have tons on shelves every year, but not sure if they're doing lots this year. I didn't see anything when I was in last, but they were still in the middle of setting up and may have added in a decent assortment by now?

They do have a 12 inch roundish sized foam pumpkin on their website:

If that link doesn't work just search "pumpkin" on their site and it should come up.

Joann definitely has LARGE ones and these are currently on sale:

Woohoo! Thanks, Frankie's Girl! The 17-inch is exactly what I was looking for to complete my jack o lantern jamboree trio.

Note that at Joann the general sale on pumpkins is 40% off, which would ring up as 30 dollars, but their web site lists this one as on sale for 20. Be sure to show the web page to the checker and they will give you the better price.

If you have the Joann App you can get addtional $s off applied on orders even on sale items. I had an online order of $40 (two of the 17-inch Funkins) and they had an extra $5 off of that. $50 was I think $10 off and it went on from there. I'm pretty sure the coupon worked for in-store as well regular or sale items. I ordered two of the big 17-inch ones for my scarecrow guys' heads and these larger pumpkins could not be delivered for free pick up at apparently any store near me and I tried entering a few. Not sure if it's the same for everyone regardless of where you live. So it was delivery to the house for me. At least their shipping $4.99 was very reasonably priced but it did use up that $5 off I got.

I had a smaller pumpkin head on one scarecrow I had made a few years back and it just looked small and not scary as a result. So very appreciative of RedSonia for asking the question and for Saki.Girl and then Frankie's Girl for mentioning the sale at Joann's.

If you are in the market for a larger Funkin, I wouldn't wait on ordering one. Suspect the pumpkins or the sale will be gone very soon. I like that Joann's also lets you do a guest check out and you can use PayPal as well.

Went to check in on my order on the Joann's site and noticed that the 17-inch Funkins are now $29.99 instead of $20.00. So glad I ordered when I did. And thanks again for the heads up.

BTW my order shipped out via FedEx.
