I need a little help. I am working on setting up my computer controlled k74 cards. What I can not find is what is the meaning of the lettering on the board " NC C NO"? If someone can tell me what each means and how they work ? it would be really helpful.

NC- normally closed contact on the relay
C- common wire that will be the eletricity going through the relay.
NO- normally open contacts of the relay.
Normally open and normally closed refer to the state of the relay when there is no power applied to the coil, or the relay is not enegerized. Hope this helps

Yes, when closed the contacts are just that, closed and making contact with each other and electricty can flow from the common to the device you want to be turned "on" Hope this helps .
