So I'm not the best with step by step - but here are photos of my 6' tall Jack from The Nightmare Before Christmas. I printed a simple drawing I found online, folded the paper to give me some idea on scale and drew it out onto plywood. I did paint everything before taking the jigsaw to it. I went back over and touched everything up after that. I added glow orange and yellow paint to the pumpkins and moon for extra fun at night.

Thanks so much! It was hours of painting and I still need to add more glow paint. Here he is at night with the blacklight.

Really nice I plan on doing cut outs next year. Quick question can you take a picture of the back to see how your supporting it. Also what was the materials you used like wood thickness, paint and did you seal the wood after you finished. Thanks
