Jack was mostly done last year, I was just refurbishing him this year and redoing the hands (beore he broke, anyway).Absolutely lovely props! How long did it take you, start to finish? It's very inspiring...hmmm...I just happen to have an old deer skull in my backyard that could probably be used to make a mold. The wheels in my head are turning now!
I typically do hour long spurts per day on these, so with that in mind, Jack's hands took me a week, fixing the rest of him took another 4 days.
Zero's head took 2 days, but required a week long drying period in between, his body took another day.
And took me a good 4 days to find him a suitable nose. NO ONE around here had G40 replacement light bulbs. Ended up buying a whole string just for the nose.
I'm sure the reds,, oranges, purples, and greens will come in handy for Halloween, though. And I can always hack the string to do some of Terra's lovely candles.
