That's a great invitation, I can see how it would suck your printer dry.
I would definately read through a 6-page booklet, especially as small as a CD case. Each page can have special markings, quips, jokes, sayings, or things that make the person think, "I wonder what's on the next page?"
I made a single fold invitation for our annual Christmas Candy House Making party that looked like a construction permit and had lots of hidden "Easter Eggs" on it. Stamps, typwriter font with off axis red type, dates, markings, symbols, Santa's signature, etc. I got everything from the web.
