Ok as much as I posted about having to take time off from prop building. I am thinking that since i still can decorate but not as much as I used to, I could do a Day Of The Dead ideas that are simple. So far i'm thinking of getting skeletons maybe alot of skulls and flowers lol

Yea.. I retired from building any props like i love doing to just simple ideas i could do :)
You might think about creating a Day of the Dead altar, traditional in Mexico. There are a few on this board as well as other ideas. https://www.pinterest.com/zim2/halloween-dia-de-los-muertes/
All these ideas help. :)

You want a lot of skulls, how bout learning to mold and cast them yourself?

Seriously, learning to mold and cast items has been one of those skills I continue to go back to over and over again.

Normally, I'd just link you to my own tutorial, but I've been made aware half the pics don't work anymore. That's what I get for using imageshack back then...here, for what it's worth at the moment.

I'll be redoing it later in the year so I can be sure to keep the pics current, but for now, here's the one I learned from:

I agree that mold making is a priceless skill to have. And it's not all that hard either. I've made countless plaster waste molds, several molds from commercial alginate material, and many from silicone caulking that you can get at wallymart and home improvement stores.
