So last year I watched that christmas light competition where they picked like 5 families or something and they competed for $50k for who had the best light display. I kept thinking they should do something like that for Halloween haunters and low and behold I found this:

The Great Halloween Fright Fight – Oct. 28 at 8pm on ABC. Families showcase their impressive Halloween-decorated houses, or “haunts,” in hopes of winning a $50,000 prize. Designers Sabrina Soto and Michael Moloney serve as judges in this spinoff of The Great Christmas Light Fight.

I might just have to find a friend with normal television and watch it. Or maybe agree to cable for a whole month or something. Think they would show it online?

They asked me to be on that...I said no (really, our thing isn't a good setup for that kind of show, especially with their shooting schedule), but it wouldn't surprise me to find out some forum members were on it.

I will try to watch that show. I don't watch alot of tv, but this show sounds awesome.

I love watching these types of shows for Halloween. We enjoy seeing their different processes and final reveals.

I watched the Halloween one before I think. (OMG there so many pt on around HW I can't even recall) It was cool except they found the nuttiest, craziest people who think about Halloween before their kids and their kids are scarred and crap. I was truly offended by that show. If this is a different show I hope it does not go that way

I am kind of on the fence regarding this, as I am not fond of all the drama that often ensues in shows of the competitive sort. If it focuses solely on the haunts, or at least mostly, then it should be worth catching.

Yea, ShadowBat is right. I'm not sure what show that could have been.

Last year was the first year for Christmas Light Fight and this is the first for the Halloween version.

I thought the Christmas version was pretty fun to watch. Looking forward to this one even more!
