I got my motors on eBay. I think I spent $80 total for both motors, more than enough to power the two cars. I am actually just a few days away from testing the car on the track...I would have been there sooner, but life always seems to get in the way of the fun stuff. Assuming my test is successful, I can share some photos to help you out. There are lots of great videos and photos on this site and beyond that should keep you from having to reinvent the wheel with ride vehicle design and build.
