How to make a mumified skull with glue?

Hey guys I was wondering how to make a mumified skull, like dr.kreepy, out of elmers glue and water instead of liquid latex. If anyone could help it would be great. I know its getting really close to halloween and i need to finish up my props for this years yard haunt, and this would be a great last minute project. thanks alot if you could help.
