For those with tall outdoor pumpkin scarecrows, sentinels, etc ... is there a consensus best ways to illuminate them? This is all still pretty new to me, (though I have picked up the aesthetic part quick) but right now I'm just not sure how you're lighting up your pumpkins when they're 6,7, 8 feet off the ground. Currently, I'm running an LED bulb plugged into a clamp light cord and it just sits loosely in my pumpkin head. Surely there's a better way.

Any tips or pics?

The interior is painted yellow/orange and coated with gloss spar varnish
A pair of tea lights is all I use inside. Ah, but outter illumination... I use a fair amount of neon acrylic paint dry brushed on all body parts, not just the head. UV flood lights really bring them to life & UV penlights placed conspicuously bring out the hilites...
