Ok so here's a question that has been bugging me. I hope it goes in this section. It seems that running a pro and/or fundraiser haunt is difficult when you have to face insurance premiums that are sky-high. I know that a lot of people run home haunts that have donation boxes at the end. Does your insurance company cover that? Do they even care since you are not chargin admission? I have a location to put on a haunt if we can do it without messing up anyone's homeowner's insurance. Thanks.

I don't know but I have thought about putting out a donation box myself to help with costs the following year. Do you know everyone who will go through it? I wouldn't think that it shouldn't be any different than if a TOT got hurt in your yard. Plus ALOT of people who put up Christmas lights take donations to pay for electricity. So it seems the same to me. Look over your policy or ask your insurance agent. Let us know.
