I was going to get it through the kickstarter but missed the deadline. I know some folks in the haunt group did get their order in, so I may be able to peek at one down the road before I decide if I would buy it at full price.. I imagine it's like those haunt your house books which were pretty high quality. However, they all seem pricey to me when there is so much great info available on the web. I'm not a details guy, so a lot of their stuff doesn't apply to me, but the pictures are pretty nice. If you are looking for ideas, they may be a place to start, but I'm swamped in ideas for next year already and don't need more in my head.
Yes, I own it and I was a contributor on Kickstarter.
Great look at seeing how someone runs a walk through home haunt through the owners eyes.
Very descriptive and lots of photos. How To's seem to be well explained.
May be very basic for Long Term Member here, but recommended for those who love a printed book and/or are newer Haunters.
Not as artsy as the Mitchell's 3 volumes of How to Home Haunt, but Roger's photos and step by step of How To's may be better.
Can't say I've read it cover to cover, but enjoyed what I have read.
Ask for it as a Holiday Gift or give it. But it is very basic
I'm a book person, so I'm happy to have it in my Halloween and Haunt Library.

I couldn't have said it better myself.
Anyone know where I can get this book? I looked it up on Amazon and they don't have it. Ebay? Iksnay. I only saw it once and that person was selling it for $60. I was hoping to find it cheaper.

Anyone else have it (and at a better price than that)?
I got mine by contacting the author. Try doing that maybe.
You can buy it here:

But it looks like they sold their haunt although it looks like the book is still available for purchase.

You can contact them here :

The key is the cost. How much did you pay for it? While I am interested in the book, I am not paying the $60+ for it.
Great book! I contributed to Kickstarter and got my signed copy. Some great information for all levels into haunting.
I know $60 seems like a lot for a book, but I'd rather give someone like this my $60 because I know it was a labor of love & they're not just putting it out to rake in the dough. If they DO rake in the dough I'm sure they'd be reeeally happy & wouldn't turn it down. It's also not put out by some big conglomerate of a publisher that doesn't really need my $60.

Sorta like the difference between buying a prop from Spirit or buying one made by someone here on the board. The one from the board may cost more but you know it's hand made, better quality & made by someone who really loves the work & the holiday where the one from Spirit is made from the cheapest materials in China.
