Hi everyone! I work for a horror company conglomerate that is in the process of going large scale. We want to build several haunts on a 45 acre plot of land in the Mid Ohio Valley region. Our goal is to become the #1 destination in our area for Halloween travel. We feel the best way to do that is by providing the ultimate scares. We want to build between 15-20 separate haunted attractions covering every spectrum of fear. Our company, Manufactured Fear's tag line is We Build Your Nightmares. And that's exactly what we're looking to you for. We want home haunters to join us in pushing the envelope for the most dynamic and terrifying attractions.

We also plan to do something that no one else in this area, or in the industry alone, does... We want to create several haunted houses geared specifically to the little ghouls and goblins. That's right, haunted houses built just for kids. Just scary enough to give them the willies but not quite so bad to leave them with nightmares.

We are in the process of exploring the possibility of gathering some home haunters to help us build these haunted attractions. We will provide the space, access to trained actors, the support of our staff and the ability to advertise in our spaces. In the space we plan to build on the opportunity for both indoor and outdoor haunts exist. We're looking for haunters interested in helping us use both types(and even combinations) to pull of the best experiences.

We are looking to become a nonprofit after we pay off our initial start up costs. We want to partner with those in our local and national haunted house communities to provide a haven for home haunters interested in having a little more space to play in. We also seek to partner with local organizations to provide a safe haven for the local teens and artists in our area. We want to give them the opportunity to learn skills in the fields of construction, propmaking, painting, costuming, and business operations.

Niles Scream Park has been a definite inspiration for us when deciding the direction we wanted our business to go in. So just like them, we want to you to join us in helping build something that can have a profound impact on the community.

If you are interested, or know someone that may be interested, please comment below with your skills or passions. We go Monday to present to the bank, we'd love to be able to show support from the Haunt Community for this enterprise. Likewise, please feel free to leave any questions you might have, I'll do my best to answer them.
