I have some props made with foam, with latex paint and faux glaze. Is there anything out there other than a spray that can be applied to water proof them that you have used before?

I used spar varnish over paper mache on a spider that was outside for 3 weeks each year, it was fine at first even in heavy rain, but after 3 years it was about ruined, I think water found its way in thru gaps in the varnish. Test first to make sure the varnish doesn't dissolve your foam or latex...

I agree with function12. Never Wet is a multi surface water proofer. Demoed it for HD when I worked there. Works great on a lot of things, but I would test it first just because you never know how it will react with latex. Better safe than sorry.
