Help Me Remember - Lunging Witch Animated Prop

I cannot remember where I saw this prop. It was a witch or old lady sitting down with hair over her face, but then she raises her head revealing her face, cackles or says something I think, then slowly rises and suddenly moves toward you a few feet on some kind of ground rail.

If anyone could tell me what this is called or who is selling them, I would appreciate it. I've been googling everything I can think of but it is just not coming up.
