I'm trying to build some door toppers for an existing hallway that I'm converting to a sort of Haunted Mansion motif, but I've never done anything this elaborate before and I'm having trouble getting started, since I'm not sure what materials would be best. They're going to be up year-round, but they need to be easy to remove. I was going to use foam as the base and then add detailing with some lightweight wood, but I also need three of them, so I'm not sure if there's a better way.

Any suggestions or links to videos (I can't seem to find what I'm looking for since I'm not sure of the terminology for this sort of thing) or whatever would be very helpful. I've included a photo of sort of what I'm going for, though I'm not going to copy the design, and the existing doorframe for reference. Thanks very much!

I'd do it all in foam personally that's all me and the wife ever use
