Just looking around for images and ideas. We have about a half acre to utilize this year and I'm super excited. We have plans to do a large cemetery but ran into a fencing problem. We have neighborhood kids and I don't want them coming in and either messing things up or getting hurt. I love what I've seen so far. With my birthday being so close to Halloween, it has always held a special place in my heart and is by far my favorite holiday. Top it off with a makeup business and we have a blast around here !!
There's folks here who have made cheap temporary PVC fences - something that would be a bit of a visual deterrent. Not likely up to the challenge of keeping determined rugrats out though.
Looking forward to seeing some pics of your haunt.
That's the dilemma I'm facing. I don't want to spend a small fortune on fencing with the amount of land I need to cover. They get bad enough I may end up with live props in my yard
Well that's a good way to cut costs. Depending on your situation it can work to sort of cluster your props rather than spreading them over a wide area. Then you could fence each bit and it might be cheaper.
Tough situation. We used to get everything ready and put it all out the night before and basically just watch it around the clock for 24 hours. But huge downsides to that approach too. Nowadays we put everything but our most precious stuff out about a week before and just hope for the best. We've been lucky so far.
Its a new neighborhood so well just have to wait and see. Growing up, my parents went all out. Never had a problem back then. Now a days.... Let's just say its different !!
