The pretentious name is more aspirational than actual. We put on a blacklight tent Halloween display for our Chandler AZ neighborhood each year. We get about 300 visitors each year. No charge and we don't collect money our donations. We give out balloons and glowsticks and candy (the visitor count comes from the number of balloons we give away). We are not horror related. We're going more for the trippy and delightful than scary. More MeowWolf than Nightmare on Elm Street or Saw.
We're always looking for ways to change it up a bit each year. Last year we went from a 100 sqft to 200 sqft black tent with fluorescent dots and streamers and brought in a theremin for the kids to play with. This year we weren't to add a short mirror maze and are hoping to get ideas here.
