Haunted Dolls

Back in the day, tragedy struck when three rebels wreaked havoc in an old attic. Messing around with evil ghost spirits turned out to be a horrible idea. The three rebels were turned into dolls that torment and haunt anyone that enters this ancient attic.

Tragedy Doll, Rebel Doll, and Attic Doll are the Three Haunted Dolls; a part of
Spirit’s exclusive Evil Toy Collection and will be available for $19.99 each.

I hear you on the shipping it amazes me with shipping on this side of the ocean just plain stupid, sorry to say this but I prefer to buy overseas as shipping is cheaper from your side of the ocean than just here between Canada and the USA, sometimes a $20 order turns into a $70. order if you are not careful just because of the shipping charges

Malcolm I just might take you up on that thank you it is a nightmare and I have always wondered if we could string a buddy system to combat the shipping charges.
I thought of this earlier as well when I saw a different post by MalcolmUK. Shipping is crazy no matter what but the extra money they have to pay is just too much. I would love to help someone out , if in fact it actually did help... not sure how it would work

are these spirit exclusive as the shipping to the UK makes them $120 each (ouch) because of stupid bongo international
dont mind paying a few bucks extra but seriously
I asked you this earlier Malcolm but I'm not sure I understood....If someone here bought an item for you , and then sent it too you via our post office would you still have to pay the customs fee ect. ? If you wouldn't have to it might be worth it to try that out , especially with the items that will be in a spirit store and then can avoid the shipping from spirit to the person buying for you. the person could just get it at the store and send it your way. again I may be making it too easy , there is always a catch I guess

you can receive up to £36 GBP as a gift from someone out side the EU but the customs declaration that is filled in at the post office must state gift

in terms of logistics of how a buddy system would work there needs to be an element of trust
for example

certain store's insist that the payment card is issued in the same country as the shipping address (to combat Fraud)
so the buyer would need to pay pal the money to whoever is going to buy the item

the person buying the item would then have a bit of legwork to do in going to the post office and posting the goods on

the receiving person would then pay the shipping cost again via paypal plus a goodwill payment as a thank you

sounds straight forward but the element of trust is required on both parties

Well yeah , the trust issue is a given. I was just wondering if the customs fees would be resolved. I've sent several things from ebay to different countries and never even filled out a customs form.. Also I've received items from England, France , China and never paid any customs fees. so I was really unclear on the rules for this. So you could roughly get something for $54 US dollars as a gift.

On a side note on the dolls. I noticed Party City has one very much like the black one without eyes. Party City's is more faded brown in color, I actually like it better but it's only $14.99 , only thing is it isn't available yet.
