Needing some help. This year I plan on having a factor type haunt, I wanna make the facade a factory and plan on putting a fence around the perimeter. But chain link fence is expensive. Any cheaper options for the fencing? And anyone have pics that I can reference too for the facade other than terras panels? Just looking for ideas but will mostly follow terras how to.

You don't have to have chain fencing all around, make it look abandoned so some spots will be open, other broken. You can use pvc (for the rods) + chain,. Time to look at craigslist /garage sales/etc for chain link if you want that though. You can make a chain link out grey pipe foam covering, but if you are needing a lot, you better start now!

You can also do a fence from old free palettes...but let me tell you its tough job. Easier if more than one person. I was just on WickedWino's haunt album and thought of that for you.

The good thing is I don't need a lot of fencing, since there is two 8 ft sections and the 5 ft sections. But that helps

2014 spirit stores used a plastic (chain link looking) fencing in all their stores, I think it was the insane-asylum theme??

Yes I was thinking you could use snow fence as well (that's what we call it way up here ), of course you would have to paint it out, but it is a decent price point?

I see you are in the Pa coal country. I would think with all the abandoned mines breakers etc that there would be all kinds of stuff in the salvage yards. Have you tried that. I think with the Chinese economy tanking the price of scrap steel is way down. Worth a look anyway.
