No. They were produced like any other prop. Yes the ones in the video was probably prototypes but the fact that the uploader of the video (Spirit Halloween) is a retailer and they have a link in the video description to buy the product from their website pretty much proves that this was mass produced

Man, if you can buy the product from anywhere else except Spirit, do it. Spirit's prices are awful, just google the product name and find it for a way better price. This isn't a exclusive so you shouldn't have any issues. Sorry for posting twice
