You can do a silicone lifecast and pour up tinted flexible polyurethane foam in it. Materials for both are available from Smooth-On. Body Double Silk lifecast with plaster bandage jacket, and flex-foam-it 6 or higher for the casting. They have urethane pigments you can use, as well. You'll find info on their website about the process.
