Good grief that's a lot of work!! Awesome!
One thing that makes quick work of covering up for rain showers is leaf bags- the biggest tallest ones you can find so they cover many different size props. Just put them right over top the props and pull the bag all the way down. It can be a prop saver if you're in a hurry!Thanks!!!..... I try to have everything up 1st weekend of Oct so I can have the Haunt open all month long. Living in southern CA I have never really had a problem with rain but when it does I have to take in all the animatronic props so I don't damage them. Last year it rained One day, this year it has been really hot I don't see any rain coming this year... I do have to deal with the Wind, I get bad Santa Ana winds that come through 25 to 30 mph winds. I always have to re stable my black trap and scene setters those are what get effected the most other than that I have every prop secured to the ground. The wind comes during the afternoon so by the time I open the haunt I have everything ready to go and all fixed up.

=)) Thanks!.... We are thinking of expanding the haunt and trying to add two more room. maybe another switch back with a horror character and wee need to think of another themed room if possible. any ideas would be awesomeHoly flippen freoli.... What a huge under taking, you both did a tremendous amount of work! I think you guys had every possible scene covered! I'm not sure how you will ever be able to top that! All your hard work definitely shows, Job well done!!!![]()
I am still trying to think of one or two more themes the expand the haunt. I can upload another video of just my haunt with the original sound.WOW!! I don't usually like a bunch of different themes in a haunt but you did a great job separating them, especially with the different lighting. Do you have a video with the actual sounds (no music)?
